Every idea has an origin. A moment before it becomes a business.
A path from idea to identity. From within to seen. From origin to presence.
My journey began after completing my Integrated MBA at Ahmedabad University. At the time I was drawn to entrepreneurship and economic systems, but I didn’t yet understand how large organizations actually function from the inside. That perspective came during my internship with Hindustan Unilever and GlaxoSmithKline.
Being part of communication and integration work during a major corporate transition exposed me to something I hadn’t seen before: the quiet machinery behind big companies. Strategy on paper is one thing. Watching it unfold through operations, people, and systems is another entirely.
Observing strategy unfold through people and systems—the layer where abstract ideas finally meet reality.
Over the years my role kept evolving. I moved through project management, operations, financial oversight, and eventually business growth strategy. Each step added another layer to how I think about building organizations.
Designing operational frameworks from scratch to give ideas their first form.
Leading teams and improving workflows to ensure systems work in practice.
Today I lead business operations at Apexa Group, where much of my work revolves around making complex things function smoothly. That includes optimizing internal workflows, developing digital initiatives, and building platforms that support recruitment and HR ecosystems. Alongside operations, I also work on brand positioning, market expansion, and partnerships that connect manufacturers with international markets.
System ecosystem
What continues to interest me most, though, is how structure and identity interact. Businesses often focus heavily on operations or heavily on branding. I’ve always been drawn to the point where the two meet.
All of these are different expressions of the same question: how do you build something that works and means something at the same time?
That question is also why I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Sustainability Management at SUMAS, Switzerland. I want to understand how businesses can be designed not just for growth, but for long-term balance within larger economic and environmental systems.
In many ways, my work comes down to a simple process. I start with an idea, try to understand its core identity, and then slowly build the structures around it. Operations, strategy, systems, partnerships. Piece by piece until the idea is no longer abstract. Until it has form, direction, and the ability to grow with intention.
Turning ideas into actual projects. Coordinating people, timelines, and decisions so things don’t just start well, but actually get finished.
